At Luck of the Ladle, each order is thoughtfully curated and packed with care. Because our products are mystery-style items and often include limited or handcrafted selections, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at help@luckoftheladle.com within 48 hours of delivery, so we can make it right. We pack each order with care, but sometimes things happen during shipping - so please reach out to us if your order has damaged or defective items or if you ordered a specific add-on item(s) and received the incorrect one(s).
