Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.

Orders that include a TikTok scoop video may take up to 10 business days to process while your order is prepared and filmed.

During new theme launches or higher-order volume periods, processing times could be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping for a mini scoop only is $5.99.
Shipping for orders up to $100 is $9.99.
Shipping for orders $100.01-$150 is $13.99
Shipping for orders over $150 is free.

Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that the shipping carrier provides delivery estimates, which are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Luck of the Ladle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the estimated delivery date.
